I had a great experience with Dr.Lohn and his team, they were very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions about my broken rib. He succinctly explained my diagnosis, risks and his proposed treatment plan, as one would expect from a Professional plastic surgeon. The surgery and after care went exactly to plan, with no surprises, due to his diligent planning prior to my procedure. I would highly recommend Dr Lohn to anyone seeking a highly Professional plastic surgeon.

After my two pregnancies and associated caesarean sections I was unfortunately left with a significant abdominal apron and significant divarication of my rectus muscles. I was left extremely self conscious and suffering lower back pain after spending many years trying to correct the problem myself. I had often thought about the idea of surgery but had never felt completely comfortable with the idea until I met Mr Johnathan Lohn. From the very beginning I found Mr Lohn incredibly professional, compassionate and friendly. The care that I received from Mr Lohn and his team was outstanding throughout. He was very clear and informative in his expectations and what to expect of the operation and results he could achieve. I was given the opportunity to see before and after pictures to give me an idea of the results I could expect. There was plenty of opportunities to ask questions that were always clearly and concisely answered. Therefore, I felt very at ease and prepared when deciding to go ahead with the abdominoplasty. I could not be happier with the results and can honestly say that it has completely changed my life, I am no longer in pain and feel so much happier with my body. Mr Lohn is very patient and understanding with an impeccable bedside manner. I cannot thank him and his team enough and would highly recommend him and his team.

The care I received from Mr Jonathan Lohn and his team both before, during and after my operation was first class; professional, caring and informative. Diagnosed with breast cancer at the end of July 2017 and requiring a bilateral mastectomy I was fortunate to be offered a choice of reconstruction, either implants or DIEP flap, and my oncologist arranged a consultation with Mr Jonathan Lohn to discuss the DIEP flap operation in further detail. Mr Lohn had arranged a double appointment for my first consultation, he was extremely understanding of my situation and the enormity of the decision I had in front of me and took his time to explain the full procedure in great detail, including risks, advice on preparing for the operation, the operation itself, recovery and after care. I was shown before and after pictures of previous operations he had performed and left in no doubt as to what the operation and subsequent recovery would involve. All questions were answered honestly and at no time did I feel rushed or pressured and Mr Lohn insisted I take my time in making my decision and arranged a follow up consultation and advised me to do further research and come back with any further questions. At the follow up consultation Mr Lohn took his time answering my questions and, once I had decided that I was going to go ahead with the DIEP flap op, informed me again as to how best I could prepare for the operation in the oncoming weeks. Communication between Mr Lohn and my oncologist, Mr Will Sarakbi, was excellent at all times and as the patient I was kept well informed during the weeks before my planned operation. The operations, both the bilateral mastectomy and the immediate reconstruction, were a great success and the results of the reconstruction have far exceeded my expectations. My new breasts are shapely and look and feel natural and I also have a fantastically flat and strong tummy with minimal scarring. It is with thanks to the skill of Jonathan Lohn and his team that I now feel confident about my body in clothes, lingerie, bikinis and even naked. The aftercare I received from Mr Lohn and his team both as an inpatient and outpatient was equally excellent. I have since had my nipples reconstructed under the care of Mr Lohn and have been referred for surgical tattooing to complete the process. Throughout my care I found Mr Lohn to be honest and empathetic, taking time to ensure I was fully informed at every step of the way and taking an holistic approach to my health as a person. I am now 10 months on from the operation and feel a happy, healthy and confident woman. I am extremely grateful to Mr Jonathan Lohn, his team at St, George's and the NHS.

Mr Lohn performed reconstructive surgery on my leg at St Georges Hospital following a fall whilst jogging. I had had failed surgery in a Cape Town hospital so he not only had to start again, but also deal with infection and plastic surgery which had failed to heal. 2 years after my fall I have fully recovered and am able to use my leg as before, when the original diagnosis was that I might lose my leg. At all times, Mr Lohn was supportive and encouraging and explained all possible outcomes with tact and sensitivity. His approach was thoroughly professional and I would unreservedly recommend him for his skill, expertise and after care support.
